  • David Eades Founder

    David Eades David Eades is the founder and largest investor/owner of Regency. He has been in the real estate business for over fifty years overseeing various entities and the operation of nearly 10,000 apartment units during that time. David earned an undergraduate degree from Wabash College, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a doctorate from Indiana University. He is retired from the day-to-day business of the company.

  • James R. McKinney Chairman

    James McKinney James R. McKinney is the President and CEO of Regency Commercial Associates (RCA) which manages, acquires and develops community shopping centers throughout Illinois and Indiana. Based in Evansville, Indiana, RCA owns and/or manages over 1 million square feet of commercial space worth in excess of $100 million. Jim received his MBA and BS from Indiana University.

  • Robert Pratten President and CEO of Regency

    Bob Pratten Robert Pratten, President and CEO of Regency, has worked for Regency for over twenty-five years. He began his Regency career working in partnership organizations and syndications, income tax planning and financing. He was named Chief Financial Officer in 1990 and has been involved with over $250 million in development, acquisition, and refinancing of apartments and shopping centers. He became President and CEO in 2003. Bob is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS in Accounting and is a non-active CPA. He is also a member of the Board of Managers of Regency Commercial Associates.

  • Gary Yarus Board Member

    Gary Yarus Gary Yarus is the President and founder of Diversified Capital Corporation and is licensed to sell mutual funds, variable annuities and investment partnerships. The company’s Investment Advisory Division manages investment portfolios for individual clients, pension funds and trusts. Yarus is also Principal and co-founder of Xtra Storage Companies, a group of storage warehouses in Miami. Yarus earned a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in Psychology from Union College in Schenectady, New York, along with a Master’s in Education with a focus on Clinical Psychology and Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard University in Boston.

Executive Staff

The executive management team works closely with President and CEO Bob Pratten on strategic planning for the organization and day-to-day corporate operations. They are highly accessible to the management team, with open doors and open minds to suggestions from every member of the Regency team.

  • John Graham Vice President of Finance and Accounting and Corporate Treasurer

    John Graham John Graham, Vice President of Finance and Accounting and Corporate Treasurer, has worked in accounting for construction and real estate companies for over thirty years, the past twenty with Regency. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS in Accounting and is a non-active CPA. John is a member of the Board of Directors of First Bank and Trust, headquartered in Paris, Illinois.

  • David Grill Vice President of Information Technology

    David Grill David Grill, Vice President of Information Technology, manages all IT planning and implementation, computer hardware, software systems, internal networks and websites. He was CFO of a local computer development and manufacturing company prior to joining Regency in 1996. Dave earned a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

  • Teresa Kelnhofer Vice President of Human Resources and Administration and Corporate Secretary

    Teresa Kelnhofer Teresa Kelnhofer, Vice President of Human Resources and Administration and Corporate Secretary, has implemented human resources programs, policies and support systems to reflect Regency’s commitment to employees’ personal and professional development. She is designated as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society of Human Resource Management and has worked in personnel and human resources for over 15 years, the last six with Regency.

  • Doug MacFarland Vice President of Property Management

    Doug MacFarland Doug MacFarland, Vice President of Property Management, has nearly forty years of executive residential and commercial real estate management experience. He is responsible for directing the operations of all Regency communities. He received his bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky, did graduate work at University of Louisville's Institute of Community Development and holds CPM and CCIM professional designations.
