About Regency Apartments

We own, manage and develop apartment communities in Illinois and Indiana. Currently, we own and manage 17 properties with more than 3,100 units valued at approximately $185 million. We are investor owned, governed by a Board of Managers and operated by a highly experienced and skilled executive team with substantial industry expertise. We employ nearly 100 people working in our corporate office in Champaign, Illinois and our three regions – Central Illinois, Bloomington, Indiana and Evansville, Indiana.
